A panel representing the Office of the Waterfront, Seattle Department of Transportation and its design partners will present information on the Bell Street project design process. The goal of the project is to create more accessible and comfortable east-west connections by connecting the waterfront to Belltown. This project focuses on Bell Street from 1st Avenue to Elliott Avenue and includes opportunities to enhance public space and add new landscaping and other amenities.
